What is your minimum order?

5 metric tons. We supply on contract, so programme volumes above that are agreed by season.

What packaging do you export in?

We export sweet potatoes in 3 kg, 6 kg and 10 kg cartons, with packaging specifications tailored to customer requirements. Typical loading capacity for a 40-foot reefer container is approximately 6,500–7,000 cartons of 3 kg, 3,500–4,000 cartons of 6 kg, or 2,000–2,200 cartons of 10 kg. Actual quantities may vary slightly depending on the final carton dimensions and packing configuration.

Which ports do you load from?

Damietta, Alexandria, Safaga and Suez, by sea freight or land transport. FOB, CFR and CIF quoted; DAP by arrangement.

Lead time depends on the season, the volume and the loading port. We confirm a loading window with every quotation — send us your dates and we will come back with the earliest available slot.
